ROCK HILL, SC — Police are looking for a suspect after one man was found shot in the face Sunday night.
Police say they responded to 205 Friedheim Road just after 8:00pm Sunday in response to a shooting. When they arrived they found a 29-year-old male bleeding in the front yard with a gunshot wound to his face.
The victim was taken to CMC Main in Charlotte and is being treated for his injuries. Officials say he is expected to recover. His identity has not been given at this time.
Witnesses say they heard a single gunshot and saw a black male running from the scene wearing a red hoodie.
