CHARLOTTE, N.C. — Police are searching for a man convicted of Armed Robbery who cut off his electronic device.
Mark Obrian Ellis is wanted for Felony Firearm offenses, Damage to Property and Interfering with an Electronic Monitoring Device.
Ellis was court ordered to wear an electronic monitoring device as a condition of his pre-trial release and for post-conviction Armed Robbery charges.
On December 11th, Ellis cut off his electronic monitor and was last known to be in Rock Hill, South Carolina.
