Homeowner Shoots Invasion Suspect

BESSEMER CITY, NC — A homeowner shot and killed a thief during a home invasion in Bessemer City. That homeowner is not charged.

It’s an update to a developing story last night on WCCB News at Ten.

Police say the resident was struggling with the suspect inside the home on East Texas Street when the gun went off.
