CHARLOTTE, N.C. — Police have located and arrested the convicted felon who cut off his electronic monitor.
Mark Ellis, who had been on the run since December 11th, was arrested by the Huntersville Police Department on Thursday.
Ellis was wanted for Felony Firearm offenses, Damage to Property and Interfering with an Electronic Monitoring Device.
He was court ordered to wear an electronic monitoring device as a condition of his pre-trial release and for post-conviction Armed Robbery charges, but had removed his electronic monitor.
