Who needs the toy when you can have an adult man?
A Boston area man is taking the holiday Elf on the Shelf tradition to a whole new level, offering to be a real-life version of the toy at your events and parties for $100 an hour.
His ad, posted on Craigslist, reads, “I will come to your holiday party dressed as the Elf on the Shelf and sit in any location you assign me while I stare emptily at your guests for the duration of the event.”
The man even offered to show up unexpectedly at your friend’s parties.
The ad was removed from the website on Friday afternoon, but not before his post went viral.
