TAYLORSVILLE, N.C. — Police say a Taylorsville man has been arrested and charged with rape.
On December 4th, Ricky Holloway,57, was arrested and charged with 1st degree kidnapping, rape, sexual offense, and assault inflicting serious injury. He was also wanted in Kansas for felony probation violation.
The investigation revealed that the victim and Holloway were acquainted with each other.
Holloway is currently being held in the Alexander County jail on a $1,000,000 secured bond.
His court appearance is scheduled for December 28th. The investigation is ongoing.
