4 Arrested In Rock Hill Drive By Shooting

ROCK HILL, SC — Police have arrested four people following a drive by shooting in Rock Hill early Wednesday morning.4 Arrested In RH Drive ByPolice say the incident occurred around 3:00am yesterday morning at 422 Locust Street. Though there were people inside the home at the time of the shooting, officials say no one was injured.

The victims said shots were fired twice within two hours at the home by four suspects driving by in a white vehicle. Those suspects were later identified as Justin Cunningham, Charles Gaither, Ronterrius Mann-Walls, and Jadarius Roberts.

Officers say they were investigating the second shooting when they spotted the vehicle after hearing shots being fired at the home again.

The vehicle attempted to flee, but was eventually stopped when officers deployed a set of “Stop Sticks.”

The four suspects were arrested following the chase. Police also seized all weapons used in the shooting as well as nearly 20 grams of marijuana.

The four men now face charges for attempted murder, criminal conspiracy, discharging a firearm into a dwelling, possession of a weapon during a violent crime, and possession of marijuana.

No motive has been determined, but police say the investigation is ongoing.
