ROWAN COUNTY, N.C.– A man has been arrested in connection to an armed robbery in Rowan County earlier this month.
The Rowan County Sheriff’s Office says the Village Grocery on Highway 601 in Salisbury was robbed by a man with a shotgun December 10, around 8 p.m.
Charles Mangum Broughton has been arrested and is charged with robbery with a dangerous weapon. He is in the Rowan County Detention Center under a $75,000 secured bond.
