Brothers Charged with Child Abuse, Assault

STATESVILLE, NC — Two Statesville brothers face child abuse and assault charges after a knife fight.

Deputies arrested Eric Watson and Justin Watson Sunday night after reports that one of the men was threatening the other with a knife.

While at their home, deputies discovered several syringes and needles.

The brothers were arrested, along with another woman who was living at the home with her child.
