Gastonia’s First Murder of 2016 Under Investigation

GASTONIA, NC — Police in Gastonia are investigating their first murder of 2016.

Police say Joseph Zinna (below) shot and killed his neighbor, 62-year-old Mark Sheridan Friday night on Jefferson Avenue.

Zinna is being held in the Gaston County jail. It’s not known yet what led to the murder.
