CHARLOTTE, NC — Police are investigating a man found shot on West Sugar Creek road this morning.
Police say the shooting happened around 7:20am Monday morning in the 1900 block of Prospect Drive. The victim was then taken to a 7-Eleven at 1120 W. Sugar Creek where Medic responded.
He was then taken to CMC with life threatening injuries.
Officials say the shooting may have been robbery related. At this time no arrests have been made.
No details yet on what led to the shooting.
