49ers Run Past North Carolina A&T, 92-72, On The Road

Charlotte returns home on Saturday to play Conference USA foe, Old Dominion.

Behind four double-figure scorers led by Joseph Uchebo’s 21 points, the Charlotte 49ers (8-14) cruised to a 92-72 win over the North Carolina A&T Aggies (6-18) on the road.

Uchebo recorded his second straight 20 point scoring game and his 12th straight double-figure scoring game with his 21 points. Uchebo was 9-for-10 from the field. He also grabbed a game-high nine rebounds. Anthony Vanhook recorded his fifth double-figure scoring game with 13 points off the bench. He also dished out a game-high seven assists. Jon Davis tallied his 11th double-figure scoring game with 12 points. He also dished out five assists giving him 13 games this season with at least five assists. Braxton Ogbueze connected on four three-point field goals for 12 points for his 12th double-figure scoring game of the season. Ridell Camidge came off the bench to score nine points. Curran Scott scored eight points. Benas Griciunas scored six points with six rebounds. All eleven Niners who played in the game scored at least one points.

Charlotte begins a three-game home stand when they play Conference USA foe Old Dominion in Halton Arena this Saturday, February 6 at 7 pm.
