GASTONIA, NC — Police in Gastonia need help locating suspects they say have been using counterfeit $100 bills.
Police say the suspects have used counterfeit $100 bills to make purchases at the Walgreens on 2975 Union Road and the Family Dollar on 111 W. Garrison Blvd.
The suspects were captured on surveillance and are described as two black females. One is about 5’5″ and 125lbs, and the other is about 5’7″ and 140lbs.
Investigators say similar incidents of counterfeit $100 bills involving 2 black male suspects have also been reported at other area Walgreens locations.
