CHARLOTTE, NC — Police are looking for the person they say shot a woman in the head and another person’s car overnight in north Charlotte.
Police say they found 29-year-old Secilie Thomas in the parking lot of the North Cross Town Homes on Griers Grove Road with a gunshot wound to the head. Thomas says she was shot while sitting in the car on Capps Hill Mine Rd around 2:45am. The bullet grazed her head.
Another vehicle belonging to 23-year-old Kendrell Massey was also shot into at Beatties Ford and Firestone Drive, where police found shell casings, but he was not injured.
No one has been arrested, but the investigation is ongoing.
