CHESTER, SC — An officer with the Chester County Detention Center is under investigation following allegations of an inappropriate relationship with an inmate.
Officials say an investigation is underway after a county inmate came forward claiming Detention Officer Dominiece White and another inmate were involved in a relationship. The inmate claimed the two had been meeting in a kitchen pantry.
After reviewing witness statements, video surveillance and recordings an arrest warrant for White was issued charging her with Misconduct of a Public Officer/Official and Misconduct in Office.
