Chester Jail Official Charged After Inappropriate Relationship

A Supervisor at the Chester County Jail is accused of having sex with a prisoner.

The Sheriff’s Office says jail surveillance video shows evidence of the relationship.
28-year-old Dominiece White is charged with Misconduct in Office by a Public Official.

She has been fired.

The sheriff’s office says another inmate reported seeing the officer and an inmate together on Saturday.

There’s no word how long the relationship had been going on.

The two reportedly met up in the kitchen pantry.

“This was an unfortunate incident. Again, once we found out about it, we jumped on it very quickly. Unfortunately, we did have to charge one of our officers.” said Chief Deputy Robert Sprouse.

White is out on bond tonight. She worked at the jail for five years.
