CHARLOTTE, NC — Students are returning to classes after a dryer caught fire in the gym laundry room at Randolph Middle School Thursday morning.
Officials say the fire started with some items that were placed on a dryer in the school’s gym laundry room. The sprinkler system was activated and had the fire put out before fire crews arrived on the scene.
