CHARLOTTE, N.C. — Police say a missing 7-year-old girl was found safe in Charlotte. Investigators say Dorcas Ishime left her home on Paces Glenn Avenue in east Charlotte around 10am but did not return after some time.
Officers were able to locate Ishime and she has been reunited with her family.
