ROCK HILL, S.C.– A 17-year-old was killed in an accidental shooting Saturday night, according to Rock Hill Police.
Police say Jaterreon Thorne was with friends when a handgun discharged, killing him.
Police say 20-year-old Robreece Pickett was handling the gun when it fired. He has been charged with involuntary manslaughter and unlawful carry of a weapon.
