CHARLOTTE, N.C. — Police are requesting the public’s assistance in identifying the suspect responsible for an armed robbery in east Charlotte.
On Sunday at 2:05 p.m., the suspect entered the Xpress Mart located at The Plaza. The suspect then brandished a firearm and demanded money and cigarettes from the business.
The suspect is described as a black male, approximately 6’0”, 200 lbs., last seen wearing a black hoodie and black jeans.
