CHARLOTTE, N.C. — Police arrested a man on Thursday for secretly taking pictures from underneath a woman’s skirt with his phone.
Central Division Detectives arrested and charged Ryan Schauer, 38, for Felony Secret Peeping.
On March 31st at approximately 1:30 p.m., Schauer used his cellphone to secretly take photographs from under the victims skirt at 101 South Tryon Street. Officials say he took photographs without the victim’s knowledge.
Schauer was transferred to the custody of the Mecklenburg County Sheriff’s Office.
