Police Arrest Man Wanted For Attempted Murder

[UPDATE]

Police say they have located and arrested Christopher Crittenden who was wanted for attempted murder, among other charges.

He was taken into custody without incident.


 

CHARLOTTE, N.C.– The Charlotte-Mecklenburg Police Department is looking for a man wanted for attempted first degree murder, robbery with a dangerous weapon, conspiracy to commit robbery, damage to property and interfering with an electronic monitoring device.

Police say 28-year-old Christopher Crittenden was court ordered to wear an electronic monitoring device as a condition of his pre-trial release on August 29th, 2014.

On March 19th, 2016, police say he cut off his electronic monitor.  His last known location was near University City Boulevard.
