Troopers Investigating Accident Involving School Bus In Concord

CONCORD, NC — Troopers are investigating an accident on Davidson Highway at La Forest Lane involving a school bus.

Officials with Cabarrus County Schools has confirmed it was a Cabarrus Co. school bus involved in the accident. They say no children were on board at the time.

One car ran under the back of the school bus. There was also a third vehicle involved. No word yet on the conditions of those involved or what caused the accident.

The road has been blocked off, but we have a crew on scene and will update as we get more information.
