SALISBURY, NC– Police say a Salisbury man was arrested on marijuana and child abuse charges Wednesday.
Sheriffs say they found 103 grams of marijuana, assorted drug paraphernalia and over $1,000 in cash after a search warrant was conducted at a residence on Villa Woods Drive.
Approximately one ounce of the marijuana was found inside a jacket pocket that was in a six year old child’s bedroom closet.
Authorities charged Travis Wayne Coley, 27, with felony possession of marijuana, felony maintaining and dwelling, misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia and misdemeanor child abuse.
