Pennsylvania Governor Signs Marijuana Bill Into Law

Pennsylvania just became the 24th U.S. state to legalize medical marijuana. Governor Tom Wolf approved a measure allowing the sale and consumption of cannabis for treating specific diseases or symptoms.
