CONCORD, N.C. — Police have blocked off the Sheffield Manor neighborhood in Concord after two men barricaded themselves in a home.
US Marshals are currently on the scene. WCCB is told they were attempting to serve federal warrants.
Neighbors have been told to remain inside their homes.
