Are Gov. McCrory’s Pay Raises & Bonuses For NC Teachers Too Little Too Late?

CHARLOTTE, NC — While Governor McCrory’s budget plan may include a pay raise and bonuses for North Carolina’s teachers some are saying it may be too little too late.
