CHARLOTTE, N.C. – Penelope is a calm 1 year old lab mix.Β  She is shy at first, but warms up with training and one-on-one interaction.Β  She was great on a leash and knows how to sit.Β  She is enrolled in AC&C’s “Train to Adopt” program.Β  She is sweet and affectionate.Β  Penelope’s ID# is A1104012.
