N. Tryon St. Reopens After Truck Got Stuck Under Bridge

North Tryon Street has reopened after crews removed the tractor trailer that was stuck under the railroad bridge.


 

CHARLOTTE, NC — A portion of North Tryon Street near 16th Street is closed and causing big delays for morning commuters.

Officials closed down both north and southbound lanes after a tractor trailer got stuck under a railroad bridge around 6am Thursday morning.

Crews are currently working to free the truck.

For now you can use 12th Street to Graham Street to Dalton Avenue back to North Tryon as an alternate route.
