Carowinds Unveils Its Biggest Waterpark Expansion Yet

CHARLOTTE, N.C. —Β Carowinds’ CarolinaΒ Harbor WaterparkΒ is nothing like you’ve seen before.

With the largest waterpark expansion in the park’s history, Carowinds has doubled the size of the waterpark to 27-acres. The areaΒ alsoΒ has twice as many attractions.

TheΒ Carolina coastal themed waterparkΒ features more than 20 attractions, including aΒ six-story tall waterslide complex, aΒ 27,000 square foot wave pool, two party cabanas,Β a newΒ restaurant,Β and a beach bar.

Carolina Harbor Waterpark at Carowinds will debut to the public on Saturday.
