A Louisiana lawmaker says he was just joking when he proposed an amendment that would cap strip club dancers at 28-years-old and 160 pounds.
It was added to a bill that raises the minimum age of those dancers from 18 to 21.
The lawmaker quickly withdrew his amendment, saying he was trying to mock the bill for its over regulation.
