Arrest Made After Fight Over Pies Breaks Out In A Chester McDonald’s

CHESTER, S.C. — An argument over pies turned into an all out brawl at a Chester County McDonald’s Wednesday night.

According to the report, two employees at the McDonald’s on JA Cochran Bypass were arguing over pies before the fight broke out. The victim told the suspect to go home during the argument and that she would be covering her shift. The suspect refused to leave.

Deputies were then called and the suspect threatened physical violence if she went to jail.

The victim’s brother, who is also an employee, then tried to get the suspect to leave, but at that point the suspect walked up and hit the victim in the face.

Other employees had to jump in to break the fight up until deputies could arrive.

No one was seriously injured during the fight.  Deputies charged Joslyn Steed with assault in reference to this fight.
