Fashion retailer H&M plans to open a new store in Concord, North Carolina in the spring of 2017.
The new location will include clothing for men and women, and “store within a store” sections for accessories, maternity and sportswear. The store will also carry a children’s collection for newborns to fourteen-year-olds.
H&M considers North Carolina to be a quickly growing market and the Concord store will be the eleventh store to open in the state.
The expansion of the location at Concord Mills will provide new job opportunities in the community. H&M currently has Charlotte locations at Southpark and Northlake Malls and employs 16,000 people in the United States.
