BOONE, NC — Police are still investigating an accident that killed one person at the intersection of East King Street and NC Hwy 194 Tuesday morning.
Police say 32-year-old Justin Shook was killed around 11:37am Tuesday while riding his moped.
The accident involved a tractor-trailer, but officials have not said who was at fault.
Boone Police are investigating.
