The search is on for William Demarcus Osborn, a felon who reportedly cut off his electronic monitoring device on Wednesday, May 25.
Osborne has felonies for breaking and entering, larceny after breaking and entering, damage to property, and now interfering with an electronic monitoring device.
He was ordered to wear the device as a condition of a pre-trial release and was last seen at the 6100 Block of E. Independence Boulevard.
