BCBS Proposes Premium Increase For 2017

CHARLOTTE, NC– Blue Cross and Blue Shield wants to raise insurance rates by almost 19% in North Carolina.

The hike would affect 2017 policies sold on the Online Marketplace created by the Affordable Care Act.

The State Insurance Department has to approve the rate  which would go into effect January First.
