Bank Robbery Suspect Arrested In Kannapolis

KANNAPOLIS, N.C. — Police arrested a man for robbing a bank in Kannapolis.

Investigators say Lane Chrismon, 19, robbed a Wells Fargo Bank on North Cannon Blvd Tuesday just before 11am.  No one was injured and no weapons were displayed, according to a news release.

Chrismon was later identified as a suspect and taken into custody.  He has been charged with common law robbery and received a $250,000 bond.
