CHARLOTTE, N.C. — Swim in the Wild performed atΒ Visulite Theatre with Good Bones, JaggerMouth, andΒ C2 & The Brothers Reed.

The venue was packed as four bandsΒ took the stage on Friday night. Three of the bands are rooted here in Charlotte.

Swim in the WildΒ has a sound that they accurately describe asΒ ‘Adventure Alternative.’ The band combinesΒ Rock & Roll,Β funk, andΒ Appalachian folk to create a genre that is entirely their own.

Friday’s eventΒ celebrated the completion of theirΒ new album, “One if by Land.”
