Crews Searching for Missing Man on Lake Wylie

YORK COUNTY, N.C. — Dive team crews have suspended the search for a missing man on Lake Wylie.

Officials say 30-year-old man went over the side of a boat near the Buster Body Bridge and disappeared. The man’s family was with him when the incident occurred.

What started as a rescue transitioned to a search and recovery. Charlotte Fire assisted in Wednesday’s search.
