CONCORD, NC — Officials are trying to locate a missing 14-year-old boy who may be suffering from dementia or some other cognitive impairment.
Sebastien Barrett Scheeler was last seen at 1508 Horizon Court NW in Concord. He is described as being a white male, 5’9″, 230 pounds, with blue eyes, and medium length black hair.
