Suspect Caught On Camera, Arrested

DALLAS, NC — Gaston County Police have arrested the suspect that was caught on camera stealing from a person’s front porch.

Police say the man was caught on the security camera of a home on Bob Friday Road Thursday. He rang the doorbell several times, but when nobody answered he began taking items from the front porch.

After numerous anonymous tips, the suspect was identified as Anthony Truelove. Truelove turned himself in to the Magistrate’s Office on Wednesday.

Truelove was release under a $2,500.00 unsecured bond.
