Charlotte, NC — Three people are behind bars after a 30 minute high speed chase in Shelby. Officers say the suspects refused to stop for a license check on Royster and Smith Streets around 11 o’clock Sunday night. Police found out the car was stolen from Charlotte after running their tag. The chase ended after the deputy’s stop-sticks punctured three of the car’s tires.
