Northwestern High School Assistant Principal Resigns After Sex Offense Arrest
ROCK HILL, S.C. — The assistant principal at Northwestern High School in Rock Hill has resigned after being arrested on multiple sex charges.
Kenneth ‘Andrew’ Williams was arrested in April for having an inappropriate relationship with a student. A search warrant claims Williams told the student he would not protect her from being bullied at school if she did not have sexual relations with him.
Police then charged Williams with six new charges. He is being charged with one count of sexual exploitation of a minor and five counts of disseminating obscene material to a person under 18 years of age. These new charges stem from an additional victim who was under 16-years-old at the time of the incident, according to detectives.
