Family Of Murdered Salisbury Man Looking For Witnesses

SALISBURY, NC– The sister of a man found dead near a Salisbury apartment complex is begging witnesses to speak up.

Someone reported hearing gunshots this morning near the Zion Hills Apartment complex on Standish Street around 8:30 this morning.

They found the body of Reggie Burke in the woods behind the complex’s playground.  Burke’s sister, Crischelle Patterson, believes someone knows who killed him.

“Speak up, speak up. Stop keeping you mouths closed until its your family,” said Patterson

Officers spent the morning going door to door looking for witnesses.. If you have information, call Crime-Stoppers.
