DALLAS, NC — Gastonia Police arrested a man they say assaulted a baby while fighting with two women Tuesday outside of the Gaston County Magistrate’s Office.
25-year-old Justin Prine was drunk and disruptive when he tried to attack one woman and threatened and cursed another outside of the magistrate’s office, according to police. During the fight a table flipped over and hit a 1-year-old girl.
Prine was arrested early Wednesday morning, and charged with being Intoxicated and Disruptive, 2nd Degree Trespassing, Assault on a Child Under 12 Years of Age, and two counts of Assault on a Female.
He is being held on a $10,000 secured bond.
