Rising Does ‘Bring Your Own Cup Day’ At 7-Eleven Right

CHARLOTTE, NC — Today and tomorrow you can visit any participating 7-Eleven and fill your own “cup” up with the slurpee of your choice as part of the “Bring Your Own Cup Day” promotion.

Customers can bring an sanitary container they want, provided it fits through the display, and fill it with slurpee for $1.50.

WCCB News Rising’s Derek James went to the 7-Eleven on Monroe Road to put the promotion to the test.

If you’d like to take part simply visit any participating 7-Eleven between the hours of 11am-7pm on Friday Aug. 19th and Saturday Aug. 20th.
