Chipotle can no longer fire employees for complaining about their job on social media.
A worker in Pennsylvania was fired after tweeting about low wages. He also circulated a petition about employees’ breaks online.
A labor board says the decision to fire him violated federal labor laws. The chain is now changing it’s social media policy.
