Tropical Storm Hermine Bringing Heavy Rain To The Carolinas

CHARLOTTE, NC — Tropical Storm Hermine is expected to make landfall in north Florida Thursday night and will head straight for the North Carolina coast according to the latest tracks.

Officials say rains are expected to begin late Thursday and continue on into Friday and Saturday. For the Piedmont area we can expect around one to three inches, but the coast could see seven inches or more.hermine rain

Flash flooding will be possible in areas.
