Police Find Missing Lincoln County Man

UPDATE:  Lincoln County Sheriff’s detectives located a missing 66 year old man who disappeared on September 11, 2016. Charles Michael Shepard was found in Gaston County Tuesday evening. Detectives say he is in good condition.

LINCOLN COUNTY, N.C. — Police are asking for the public’s help locating a missing 66-year-old man in Lincoln County.

Detectives say Charles Shepard was last seen on Fulton Trial off Owl’s Den Road on September 11th after he walked into a wooded area.

He is described as a being 5’5″ tall and weighs 120lbs.  He has white hair and brown eyes.  He was last seen wearing a Duck Dynasty shirt, blue jeans, a tan hat and black shoes.
