Heroin Dealer Pleads Guilty In Connection With Overdose Death

MONROE, N.C. — A convicted heroin dealer pleads guilty after a Monroe man dies from a drug overdose.

Officials say Farrell Glaser, 24, pleaded guilty to involuntary manslaughter and selling heroin charges.  Glaser is accused of selling high potency heroin to 26-year-old Trenton Phillips.

Farrell GlaserPhillips was found dead in his Monroe home due to multiple drug toxicity.  Police determined Glaser provided Phillips with the lethal dosage of heroin, according to a news release.

Glaser was sentenced to serve 15-27 months in prison for the manslaughter conviction.  Following her release, she will be placed on supervised probation for a five years.
